The DISRUPT Toolkit bridges the gap between analysis and action, empowering governments, civil society, and practitioners to stop influence operations, not just study them. Built on years of research, real-world collaboration and consultations with over 170 practitioners, the Toolkit operationalises Europe’s scattered democracy defence assets into a real whole-of-society approach.
